Goodheart-Willcox products must be satisfactory in every way or they may be returned for replacement, credit, or refund. All claims of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, prices, or quantities must be reported to us within 30 days of the date of invoice.

- Complete bill-to and ship-to addresses.

Pricing
The list/school prices provided are for U.S. and possessions only. School prices represent a 25% discount for qualified orders from teachers, schools, and industry training programs, regardless of quantity. No additional discounts are available. Prices are f.o.b. Tinley Park, IL. Terms are net 30 days. Prices are effective September 15, 2008, and are subject to change without notice.

Nonschool Orders
Individuals may purchase our books at list price. When you send remittance with your order, add $8.00 per book to cover shipping and handling. Orders must include your check or money order for the full amount. VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Teacher/Instructor resource products can only be sold to qualified schools and industry training programs.

On-Approval Orders
Use the PDF order form provided above or request your 30-day on-approval copies on school letterhead. For titles you adopt and purchase in classroom quantities, the preview copies may be kept as your free desk copies. Preview copies for titles not adopted may be purchased at the invoice price or returned for credit.
